Product Description

If you own an E36, you’re likely familiar with the common issue of door panels deteriorating and falling apart. The factory mounting bracket at the top of the door panel often breaks around the clips due to age or improper removal. 

To solve this problem, we offer durable replacement brackets made from aluminum, which won’t deteriorate, rot, or crack. The brackets feature a series of holes that allow adhesive to securely bond, preventing detachment.

For best results, we recommend using E6000 adhesive, ensuring proper preparation is performed. Clean the panel of any old adhesive and scuff the surface to allow the new adhesive to bond effectively.

Installation Instructions:

Install the door bracket onto the door weather stripping clips.
Apply glue to the door repair bracket (E6000 or similar). To protect the door panel from adhesive drips, place masking tape below the bracket on the lip of the door panel.
Mount the door panel on the bracket and secure it with additional clips to hold it in place while the adhesive dries.
Apply tape over the top of the door panel to the door to keep it secure until the glue sets.
Allow the glue to dry according to the manufacturer’s recommended timeframe.
