Refund policy

House of Apex accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fees are charged. Final sale items, special-order products, and non-returnable items are not eligible for return.

All returns require prior approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and approved by the supplier. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

House of Apex is not responsible for labor costs, installation errors, or damages arising from product use. Customers are responsible for verifying fitment prior to installation. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
