Made from plastic with a restrictive tube-and-fin core, it quickly becomes a weak point once power levels go beyond stock. RVNG engineered this direct bolt-in replacement to eliminate those limitations. Every RVNG intercooler features a high-temperature black ceramic coating—not standard powder coat. This proprietary finish delivers superior heat insulation, drastically reduces heat soak, and reflects radiant heat away from the core. The result: cooler charge temps, longer sustained pulls, and improved consistency under extreme load. Precision 3D-scanned and CAD-engineered for perfect OEM fitment, the RVNG S55 combines CFD-optimized cast aluminum end tanks with internal flow-directing fins and a high-density dual-pass bar-and-plate core. This design maximizes thermal transfer and maintains stable intake temperatures even under high boost and extended pulls. Hand-welded, pressure-tested, and quality-checked before shipment, each unit meets RVNG's strict performance standards. Hardware and machined top plate included.
